Packaging

All our postal packaging is made from repurposed, recyclable or recycled materials. Our stickers are made from 100% recycled and PVC free paper and are biodegradable.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days at the latest.

Please leave us a note at checkout if you require urgent shipping and we will do our best to help.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. We use various shipping partners and will provide you with tracking details, if applicable.

 

Deliveries to B30 postcodes will be delivered by hand, free of charge.

(Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver).

Standard Shipping £5.50

Please allow 2-3 days after date of dispatch for parcel to arrive.

On the rare occasion your parcel exceeds our upper weight limit, we will contact you at the point of shipping to arrange the most cost effective delivery method.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our shipping partners. Please allow extra time during busy periods and/or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes and/or Covid-19 restrictions/regulation changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of the UK at present.
